Hi, I'm Dave. I was born in Thailand and raised in Pennsylvania by a single mother.  My wife, Ann, is a teacher at Heritage Elementary School, and we have two daughters who attend GCISD schools: Presley, a 4th grader at Heritage Elementary, and Parker, a 7th grader at Heritage Middle.

I recently retired from 35 years of federal service and am ready to serve GCISD with the same commitment that I served our great nation.  Elect me, and I'll use my unique experiences and skillset to bridge gaps between differing ideas in our community and ensure all of our children receive the very best education.

As the parent of two GCISD students, I want our kids to receive an education that’s excellent, not basic.  That’s why I’m committed to:
